NORDKETTE – Panoramic mountain, TOP of Innsbruck
Karwendel Nature Park, and can be reached directly from Innsbruck city centre in just a few minutes! The breathtaking 360° view leaves a lasting impression, with the capital of the Alps on one side and Tyrol’s most extensive conservation area on the other. The Hungerburg funicular enables visitors to reach the Hungerburg in just 8 minutes. There are several stops along the way including the Alpine Zoo, which is a favorite among families. After reaching the Hungerburg station, a short walk across Hermann Buhl Square, named after the world-famous Austrian mountaineer, leads visitors to the cable car station. The Seegrube, at an altitude of 1,905 m (6,250 ft) invites visitors and locals alike to relax, unwind and take in nature at its very best. Lying at an impressive 2,334 m (7,401 ft), the Hafelekar offers the most spectacular viewing experience. Thanks to a direct connection from the city, everybody can enjoy this unique experience within minutes.

Tyrolean Evening with the Gundolf family in Innsbruck – one of the best traditional shows in Europe.The family Gundolf has been organizing Tyrolean Evenings in Innsbruck since 1967 already.
Do not miss one of the best folk performances all across Europe which only includes authentic Tyrolean music, Folk dances and “shoe-slapping” as well as typical Tyrolean songs and “yodelling”.

SWAROVSKI CRYSTAL WORLDS
Just a few miles from Innsbruck in the small village of Wattens, the „Homeland of the Crystal“, you can find the Swarovski Crystal Worlds – a fascinating museum spread over an area of 7,5 hectares. Designed by some of the greatest artists in the World – André Heller.
The giant head is one of the most important and most photographed work, with it‘s sparkling big bright eyes and a mouth of a fountain that spurts water into an extensive pool. You can enter this magical world through the crystal-clear Giant’s head, the access door to precious and sparkling treasures enclosed in the Chambers of Wonders. Immerse into this magical place blending modern art and ancient history.

BERGISEL SKI JUMP
The spectacular Bergisel Ski Jump high above Innsbruck on Bergisel. Situated on the Bergisel Mountain overlooking downtown Innsbruck, the ski jump is a major landmark.
It is characterised by a breathtaking view of the town and the peaks of the Nordkette mountain chain. The tower, designed by star architect Zaha Hadid, the „Bergisel Sky“ panorama restaurant and the panorama terrace.
The sporty way to reach it is to climb the 455 steps on foot. Otherwise, the inclined elevator starts at the entrance and takes you up to the tower in only 2 minutes where the tower lift leads you to the restaurant and the panoramic terrace.
