Payment in advance is required for all arrangements in Euro without any bank charges for European Travel Xperts by bank draft or official bank transfer. Date of payment is given in the correspondence.
If payment is not effected in time – reservations will be cancelled automatically!

All complaints must be notified to us in writing during the holiday.
It is not sufficient to complain upon the return of the client as we will not have any opportunity to verify and rectify problems. Under no circumstances shall we entertain claims if this procedure is not followed.

No refund for hotel accommodation will be effected by European Travel Xperts to clients directly,
only through the agent with whom the client has booked.

We will not be liable to the client for injury or loss of luggage by hotelier or transportation company or any other reason or cause, which may give reason to suspension or cancellation of services of whatever nature, whether in whole or part.
Where the booked accommodation and/or transportation is not available upon arrival, we will be responsible for arranging alternative services which shall be at least of similar standard.
